Welcome to the Winter 2027 Season! Below is the comprehensive guide containing everything players and team captains need to know regarding schedule, gameplay rules, and strict eligibility requirements.

📅 Season Schedule & Location

Dates: January 4, 2027 – March 29, 2027 (10-Week Season)

Game Nights: Monday nights @ 06:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Location: Algonquin College — Building A Gym

Address: 1385 Woodroffe Ave, Ottawa, ON

🏀 League & Playoff Structure

Guaranteed Games: 10 games guaranteed per team.

Regular Season: 9 games.

Playoffs: Everyone qualifies! The postseason operates on a single-game elimination format.

⏱️ Game Play & Clock Rules

Game Length: Four 10-minute quarters.

Running Clock: The clock runs continuously with no stoppage throughout the game.

The Last 5 Minutes: Strict stop-time will only take effect during the final 5 minutes of the second half if the game is within a 10-point margin. If a team is leading by 11 points or more, the clock will continue to run.

🛑 Mandatory Player Eligibility

League officials and referees will enforce the following rules prior to every tip-off.

No exceptions will be made.

💡 Captains' Note:  Please ensure your squad arrives at the Algonquin College gym at least 15 minutes before your scheduled tip-off to handle roster checks and keep the running clock schedule on time.
